1. Order Tracking (USPS)

After your order has shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the USPS Tracking page.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Times: All orders are shipped from the USA, and we aim for fast delivery. Processing usually takes 3-7 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated during checkout based on your location.

3. Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • To Start a Return or Exchange: Contact our support team at admin@bricktee.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item, taking 5-7 business days to reflect on your payment method.

4. Missing or Damaged Orders

If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately at admin@bricktee.com. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
